Wildly Being Well
Foraging for Wellbeing
Wild food connects us to an essential and mostly forgotten part of being human. The act of gathering and foraging is profoundly healing and has transformative potential for each of us.

Led by Zoë Le Fay, a qualified Mental Health Nurse & member of the Association of Foragers, each session will focus on creating a supportive and non-judgemental environment.
​
This is a regular and reoccurring course on the Isle of Arran, not a one off event.
